Share the joy of reading.
During April vacation, our Family Volunteer Day, Literacy Rocks! focuses on helping children fall in love with reading. Families of all sizes and ages create one-of-a-kind literacy kits that are donated to local children to help them build their home libraries.
Each kit contains a new children’s book and reading aids such as puppets, games, or other props inspired by the story. Families bring their favorite book to donate and then have a blast creating the kits. Each one becomes its own work of art.
Two sessions are provided for your convenience. Please register your family for one or both sessions using the link below.
